What the service is

AdvocateDesk is AI-assisted scrutiny of property title documents. You upload a deed bundle and it produces Key Notes and a Legal Opinion draft in the standard Title-cum-Search Report format.

Accounts

You need an account to run a preview or a report. You sign in with Google through Clerk. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Daily limits

Free previews are capped per day, and the count resets at midnight IST. What you have paid for is not capped. We may change these limits.

Acceptable use

Upload only documents you have the right to process. Do not upload unlawful material. Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to work around the daily limits or the payment step.

Pricing and payment

Every paid service, the title report and each of the five tools, costs Rs 49. The price is shown to you before you pay, and that shown price is what applies to that purchase. Payments are processed by our payment gateway. See our pricing and refund policy for details.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
